I have provided a form with simple questions for you to fill out to help with the initial understanding prior to us meeting on the phone.

Sure! You can get started at any time. The consultations are tailored to you and your specific needs.

I structure the consults by first extracting a deeper understanding of your history and relationship with food, movement, sleep and stress. Based on your individual patterns, preferences, specific concerns and goals, we can curate a lifestyle plan that works for you.

1 hour for the initial consultations. I also offer a maintenance program where you can book 30 minute sessions (for recurring clients only).
