Protein Pancake Power
Primal Protein Pancakes (No Meat, All Muscle)
40g Animal-Based Protein | Gut-Friendly | Comfort Food Reimagined
Looking for a high-protein breakfast without meat—but still rooted in real, healing foods? These Primal Protein Pancakes are loaded with clean fuel to power your day.
Made with animal-based ingredients like egg whites, cottage cheese, and grass-fed protein powder, they pack about 40g of protein—without grains, gums, or sketchy fillers. And the best part? You can top them with whipped cream that supports your gains (hello creatine!).
🥞 Ingredients
Pancakes:
4–5 egg whites
2 tbsp grass-fed protein powder (use code: BAE10)
2 tbsp plantain flour
2 tbsp cottage cheese (use code: BAE)
Topping – Creatine Whipped Cream:
½ cup raw heavy cream (use code: BAE)
Pinch of sea salt
Topping – Maple Egg Yolk Drizzle:
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 egg yolk
🔪 Directions:
1. Whisk
Beat egg whites until frothy. Add remaining pancake ingredients and mix until smooth.
2. Cook
Heat ghee or butter in a skillet over medium-low. Pour in the batter and cook 1–2 minutes per side, or until bubbles form and edges lift easily.
3. Top
Whip the heavy cream, creatine, and salt until soft peaks form. Or you can use a whipped cream canister! Put on top of pancakes and finish with a drizzle of whisked maple and egg yolk (trust me).
